*Cancellation Policy

1. If the order has already been shipped to the customer, the cancellation request will not be entertained.

2. Once the design of a custom order is confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

*Replacement Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information about our returns policy.

*Return Process

To make a return, please contact us by email at info@abaoart.com. Once we have reviewed your request, you can safely place the item in its original packaging and mail the return to the following address:

*Refund

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days after you receive your item to process your return or exchange. Depending on your credit card company, the refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
